The new DH system made its debut: it is a dual resource. Hatred will be used specifically for offense while Discipline strictly for defense-related skills. When I played it was an alright system, though I feel it could have been done better. The hatred side refilled at a quick pace while discipline was slower (naturally). I'm unsure if I will be a fan of it, though i did enjoy playing as the DH. Out of all the characters, I spent the most time as the Demon Hunter. |

I was looking forward to the DH most as well. I know hatred is used for offensive skills and discipline for defensive skills, other than that not much as I was obviously not in a position to try the game out. I guess the beta will reveal more. |

Thanks. I also heard that there's a shot that is mixed. If you just fire it at range it consumes hatred, but if an enemy gets within melee reach you will do a backflip and consume discipline. |

Yes, I forget the name of it. I used it for a while but it's a bit un-needed if you have vault. In fact, I think it was so lackluster that I didn't really understand any realy use for it because you can just attack at range and vault. |
